Quality replacement
I installed on my ’93 115 2stroke. Good fit and easy install. Wire length was good with enough extra if needed, just the added end are a bit weak

Went with my gut feeling after testing trigger and stator
94 mercury 60 hp outboard with no fire in 2 cylinders. Left rapid charger on battery with electrical still hooked up and fried my rectifier and stator. Did a lot of research and some reviews almost talked me from buying stator but I ordered hoping for the best. followed instructions got stator installed and flywheel back on. Told me to hook red white / blue white to ground . Other wires were color coordinated . Turned key and fired right up. I have not used other than firing it up in my driveway but so far problem is fixed. Tested resistance right when I opened package and everything checked out and very happy so far with purchase. Only downside was wires coming from stator were glued in a downward position and almost would not allow me to fully tighten it down but guided wires as I was tightening bolts and did just fine

Good price and took care of my no spark problem
Was a little wary of this stator based on a few of the reviews but thought it was worth a try being that it was half the price the local marine shop was asking for one. Installed it in my driveway, very straightforward. Came with instructions for wiring which was helpful since this stator works with a variety of engines. Have used the boat for one full weekend with no problems, satisfied customer here.

No customer support for questions on application
My original was for a A28 model stator. I could not get a response as to whether this unit would work since the documentation sent with the unit did not reflect replacemnet docoumentation although the Amazon web site did. False advertising and also no customer service to go to ask about this issue.I did install the unit. I got no spark when trying to start the engine. EVidently the unit I got was either defective on not a compatible replacement. Also the connectors sent with the unit did not work very well. Rather than a round connector to on the screw down lug they were open push on whcih spread when tighting the nut on the lug.Now I have a expensive device that does not work in my application with to correct the situation.
