I purchased this item for my father, as he was looking to gain weight. We’ve used this brand before, and he’s liked the taste, as well as the overall feel of it, so we decided to give it a shot.This powder is easy to use and incorporate into a daily diet. It’s also packed with vitamins and protein, which is a nice bonus.The quality is also excellent. It dissolved easily in a shake, and also digests well. The texture is a little rough, though balanced and not too chunky when thoroughly incorporated, and overall, it is great. At $50 for 6 pounds, it’s a bit pricey, but quality doesn’t come cheap.I would recommend this product.

I picked this a couple of summers ago to help keep weight on me. I tend to lose a lot of weight in the summer because I work outside a lot. This year was no exception and this stuff is absolutely amazing! It mixes up so well, I can work out with it, which helps build muscle, it helps my energy level levels., The ingredients are everything you need in a daily supply and the taste is great. I always mix mine with frozen fruit or peanut butter.!

Good for cramming
Was gonna give this 4 stars because it showed up late (whatâs the point of Prime if not the delivery??) but thatâs an Amazon problem, not a Frienda problem. The pens themselves are phenomenal. Iâm a big pen person and usually only use my stainless steel Zebra, but these surprised me.They feel good in your hand, donât feel as flimsy as they look, and have a cool, sleek vibe. Writes like a regular fine point pen and the ink dries basically instantly, which I love. Since itâs a liquid gel it can bleed small writing together a bit, but itâs not a dealbreaker.Iâd totally buy these again and will probably grab the colored set for drawing ð

Hilariously large scooper and serving size but otherwise okay
Protein shakes these days are hilarious with their massive serving sizes for the nutritional value they provide… My preferred protein shake brand from 10ish years ago is no longer made, only required 3 small scoops to get the same nutritional numbers this one has, making it easy to mix in an 18oz bottle, and tasted great. I think the 6 lb tubs of that gave me like 40-50 servings.Optimum Nutrition here however has a serving size of 2 scoops…with a MASSIVE scooper, for just EIGHT total servings per container… So…depending on if you drink this every day, or only after workouts, this is gonna last you 1-2 weeks at the most. Not a great deal in my opinion.I used 1 scoop, because even if I tried to use 2 scoops, it’d fill my 24oz bottle to the 16oz line and make it impossible to fill and then mix with water. I’d be drinking straight, chunky powder. Even 1 scoop is a bit much with my bottle though as this stuff mixes okay but it gets super foamy – 2 scoops definitely would not have worked without a bigger bottle. As for taste, this is a very strong “vanilla” flavor, almost too strong, and too sweet. I feel like I’m drinking a melted McFlurry from McDonalds, or milk from Rice Crispy Treat cereal. Two scoops of this stuff would have been overbearing on the flavor side of things too.Nutritionally it seems okay. It’s got everything you need, except creatine. I prefer MuscleTech Mass Gainer these days, though it too has a pretty big multi-scoop serving size (not as much as this one though), it has everything this has + creatine, mixes wayyyyy better than this, and doesn’t taste like an overloaded sugar desert. Sadly, they were out of stock so I went with this.

I bought this mass gainer two months so I can gain weight and put on muscle mass. Let me tell you it worksssss! Over the two months Iâve been taking it Iâve noticed noticeable size gains across my entire body. Though one thing if you were to take this and not train with intensity youâll gain fat but me since I train five days a week with high intensity per session this mass gainer works very well as my post workout shake and helped significantly to put on muscle mass as well.
