Yvette Zip Front Sports Bra – High Impact Sports Bras for Women Plus Size Workout Fitness Running

This sports bra is my favorite on the Yvette sports bra line. I’m a 36B and the medium fits me perfectly. The front zipper is easy to zip up and it has a cover that goes over the tip of the zipper that protects it from snags, is comfortable on your skin, and makes it less noticeable under clothing.What makes this Yvette sports bra my favorite is because there are additional support panels from the bottom band of the bra to the underneath part of the bust (see picture. I have two of the same style in rouge and black but you can easily see the panels I’m referring to in the rouge color bra). These add a bit more lift and support and create a lovely profile.This bra also has sewn-in padding (hurray!!!). I was so tired of the removable padding in other sports bras floating around, getting lumpy, and making my chest look asymmetrical. Yvette sewn-in pads stay put and look beautiful every time you wear them.Also, just as a suggestion, keep your sports bras beautiful and maintain their shape and support by putting them in a net wash bag to protect them from snagging on zippers in your laundry. And, the most important thing, is to not ruin them in a hot dryer. The materials these bras are made from dries very quickly. After a wash and spin, hang them up or drape them over the back of a chair. They will be dry in a jiffy and keep their original, beautiful shape and support. Dryer heat misshapes all bras and breaks down elasticity.I’m a huge Yvette sports bra fan. I’ve thrown out all of my other bras (except for one special occasion bra) and wear Yvette sports bras 99% of the time. They are supportive while working out, comfortable enough to sleep in, and come in a wide variety of pretty colors.

Runs Small, Lots of Great Features, Going to Try Again!
Following the advise of other reviewers I sized up on this bra, but it was still too small for me. I normally wear a 34F (VS, Chantelle) or a 36E (Calvin Klein, Antigel, DKNY) and I ordered this in the Large Plus size, which the chart says is a 38 D-F. This bra is tight on my ribs and there is not enough fabric across the top to fully cover my breasts. I am returning it and ordering an XL Plus to see if that will fit me better. I do like the idea of this bra’s design and many of its features. The fabric is super soft and buttery, but it isn’t thin or cheap feeling. The zipper is smooth and easy to fasten. The back and shoulders are very supportive. I think this could be an excellent bra if you got the right size for yourself, that just seems to be a tricky thing to accomplish.______________Update: I received the XL Plus and it is almost perfect. The fit is great and the size is almost perfect. There’s actually a bit too much cup for me in the XL Plus; the sides come up too high and poke into my armpit, which isn’t going to work for the gym. I was going to order the XL size, hoping that would work, but it’s not available in the this style.

So here’s what I like about it:
So, I’d give it a SOLID 3.5 starts.First of all, the color is beautiful and it looks cute.For some context, I deliver mail 10-12 hours a day on a 14 mile walking route with extra overtime daily, so it’s a lot of bending, stretching, lifting, walking etc.I feel the bra prevents “bounce”, and I like the front zipper, although it’s plastic and that makes me question the longevity of it. So far I’ve work it for a month and it’s pretty comfortable.Occasionally I get a little dig from the straps but not enough to return it because that’s just the nature of wearing a tight garment and moving/sweating all day.It seems to wash well, I’ve not seen any affect on the color or fraying, but here’s my primary complaint:The zipper rubs at the bottom and leave a mark/indentation in my skin, again, not enough to to return it but for the price point it’s definitely making me wait to buy another one yet. They need to add more padding there. Maybe it’s just because I’m wearing it 10-12 hours a day and not just for an hour yoga session.Okay, so the picture is after 8 months of owning it– I wash it in a garment bag the air dry it. As you can see under the arm is wearing out, so my assessment is it’s a good bra, not a great bra, but it’s $10 more dollars than what it should be.

A Good Buy but Amazon Let Me Down
Very sturdy. Comfortable. Secure. I immediately ordered more colors. This is modest enough that it’s both a good bra and a good swim top because you can’t really tell that it’s a brassiere. It can go with my swim skirt. I can move around without gooshing or spilling out of the top.Update: I ordered a second bra and I’m dismayed at the total disregard for my request that it be put in Amazon packaging. Instead, I received a bra in a translucent envelope with my bra size labeled on it and my name and address on the reverse side. Thanks for the discretion Amazon !!!! Good thing I wasn’t ordering anything medical or private — like a bra — right?

The sizing chart suggested a 3xl which I ordered. It came about 2 sizes too small. Returns require you to PAY FOR SHIPPING BACK TO CHINA! Super disappointed.Update! The company got back to me and gave me a refund without having to ship the bra back. I was told to gift the bra to someone who could use it! Much appreciated!!!

Bought 2xl for 36C. Fit wells.Super comfortable.
