Not worth the money that was spent on it
I’ve had to blender for several weeks now. At first I absolutely loved the quality of it. However, that is all changed. The snaps on the side of the lid that hold it in place broke off. Unfortunately I’ve already gotten rid of the packaging or else I would be returning it because I’m still within my return window.Have had the blender now for 4 months. I will used it at least once daily but sometimes twice a day. Yesterday while blending my smoothie the blender just stopped working. I have tried everything to get the blender to turn on again and it’s basically dead.

$80 vs $500 Blender
Just received this blender so I can only share my initial impressions but so far im really impressed! I was originally shopping for a Vitamix 5200 when I thought to myself “do I really need a $500 blender?” So after looking at blenders with similar specs, mainly wattage, I came across this one and decided to give it a shot. Even though I’ve only used it once so far I can say with confidence that as long as the blender is working, it’ll blend as well as a Vitamix. It’s designed pretty similar as well, it’s not a copy by any means, but if you’ve used a Vitamix in the past the controls are simple and familiar enough. Overall the design is quality and user friendly, the pitcher is huge and the lid has a nice design that locks to the pitcher as well as locks the cap for the hole in the lid.In terms of initial cons I have to mention that the tamper is not as nice as the ones from Vitamix, which is understandable for the price point and not a big deal to me. Another con I’ve found already is the gear on the base/motor is plastic whereas the gear that mates the pitcher to the base/motor is metal, however on Vitamix’s all gears are metal so hopefully the plastic gear is durable enough to withstand time. The last con that I’ve come across, and may be the most annoying, is the gears that mate the pitcher to the base/motor are designed in a way where the gears won’t simply line up when setting the pitcher down on the base. You have to turn the gear slightly so the sprockets line up and then the pitcher will seat.Final initial thoughts are this blender is fantastic for the money, it is incredibly powerful and designed well. The only factor it has to live up to is time (it has a 2 year warranty), but for now I am definitely satisfied and glad I didn’t buy a $500 blender!

Great “bang for the buck”
So far so good. I only received my blender yesterday, however, I was eager to see how well it worked, so I made smoothies for the family. I was pleasantly surprised, I used the PO2 setting, allowing the blender to blend automatically making the smoothie nice and creamy. I made another batch this morning with the same result. Lastly, I should mention it’s not near as loud as I had anticipated either. This blender has replaced a Kitchen Aid blender that I used diligently for years and so far (still early to say with certainty) I am more impressed (the noise level for one is much lower) with how well it blends. Time will tell, but for now I give this blender at this price five stars.

Great blender. We have made many yummy shakes. This blender works well & is well made. I have only had it about a month but I’m impressed with it so far
