Cap is unreliable but company reached out!
My son is a baseball player and LOVES this bottle. Overall it is sturdy and works for his purposes. However, we have had to purchase two of these because the caps break! There is no way to purchase just a replacement cap which is disappointing. I canât find how to contact the seller but would love to leave some feedback and be able to get a replacement cap. ETA: The company reached out and gave a full refund! Great customer service and ordering another now!

I bought this gallon water bottle in gray, and itâs been a game-changer for staying hydrated. The time markers on the side are surprisingly motivatingâI actually drink more water now. It comes with both a straw lid and a chug lid, which I switch out depending on the day. The handle makes it easy to carry, though itâs definitely large and doesnât fit in car cup holders (expected for a gallon). The plastic feels sturdy and BPA-free, and I havenât had issues with leaks. Great option if youâre serious about tracking your water intake.

Lid Latch durability
It was great while it lasted. First one i got in 2022 lasted for 2yrs until one fateful day I dropped it onto concrete getting out of the car breaking the bottom of it. The next one lasted a year and a half. Bottle is in good shape but the lid with the straw won’t close anymore due to the latch breaking off from daily use. For the price, it’s not bad but once the top breaks, it’s pointless to just but another lid hoping it fits.
