Amazing flavor & versatility.
Absolutely love this protein powder. The vanilla cupcake is our favorite flavor but we also really like the cookies and cream. Not only is the flavor great but it blends and mixes so well. My husband drink it with almond milk but we also add it to our pancake recipe and cookies. It doesn’t change the texture of foods which we love. There is no grainy taste which is a huge plus. It’s very cost friendly as well.

My GO-TO protein powder!
This is my fourth can of the vanilla cupcake and each one is consistently good and as described. It’s a great base for all kinds of smoothies – and if you want chocolate a little nesquick or syrup does the trick. I use this every day and love the fine powder that dissolves so well and the great taste. This plus a little almond milk and any other extras and it makes a great protein drink. LOVE IT!

Post bariatric meal replacement
I use this product for breakfast replacement and to kickstart my metabolism daily. It gives me better control over making food choices and I am able to stay full until the afternoon. I would recommend you drink water after consuming because I find I have a bit of constipation if I don’t make a conscious effort to drink water, although it could be from the surgery and the other protein sources, not necessarily this protein powder. The green coffee beans thing seems to me to be a Dr. Oz bullcrap “wellness” thing with no proven effects, but it’s my favorite flavor over all other protein powders I’ve tried. I also use a scoop of peanut butter powder to give it some more flavor and protein. I use more water than recommended and a Blender Bottle, but it really is best with a milk of some sort, but I don’t want the extra calories. It’s a pain that it only lasts about 3 weeks at 4 shakes a week, but the subscription option is nice. Comparitively I think this is more expensive than other protein sources, however it offers probiotics and vitamins, so I guess it’s fine? I like the flavor of peanut butter and vanilla cupcake, so it works for me. I don’t mind the mild grittiness as you’ll get that from most protein shakes, in my experience. I would say it’s cheap enough to try it, and if you don’t like it, you’re not out a ton of money. There are larger quantities available on Amazon if you do like it, but you have to look for the larger bag.

Faulty labeling
This product says it has 17 servings but that is a lie. I only got 15 measured servings out of it. It came looking half empty.It tasted good, though and had fewer calories than other protein shakes.

Actually tastes very good!
This was my first time buying a protein supplement. I didnât want to drop $50 on something I wasnât even sure I would like. Saw some reviews on here that said it tasted bad, but figured for $12 I would try it. It tastes SO good! I didnât have high hopes for it at all, figured as long as it was tolerable it would do. I enjoy my smoothies! Iâm taking this for weight loss so I blend it in a small $20 personal blender with 12 oz cold water, a couple strawberries and half a banana for a pre-workout (a grueling spin class) snack and I noticed a difference right away. I had more energy to power through and I wasnât rethinking my life decisions half-way through the workout. Also, I wasnât a starving lunatic after my workout. I tried it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk as well and that was very good, almost too sweet though, like a vanilla milkshake. Iâm about to place another order but this time for the larger bag. This was the best, most cost effective protein supplement for weight loss I found and Iâm very happy I found it!

So, instead of adding 8 oz of water, I added 4 oz. Stir and chill, and you have very inexpensive, very low cal pro dough!For the price, this is a great product! I would love if the same brand came out with a soy free version, even if it was more expensive. Just sayin ð.

Horribly sweet – don’t bother
This is the first time I have tried LITE and I was greatly disappointed. Have been using Designer Whey Protein Powder for twenty years and when Amazon did not have the 2 lb packages in stock I thought I would try the LITE. The consistency in my smoothies is nonexistent. It is watery and terribly sweet. Don’t waste your money.

This product has good flavor to it. I made it with my lactose free milk and it still had good flavor. I would definitely buy this one again.
