Must have in your gym bag. Both my boyfriend and I use this product and it never fails. Iâm particular with my drink assistance as I donât like to just take them with no outcome or make me feel uncomfortable but this one is worth it. Evogen Evoburn – Thermogenic Powder | Energy, Focus, & Fat Burning | Caffeine, L-Tyrosine, MitoBurn, InnoSlim | Strawberry Lemonade | 30 Servings.This tub of strawberry lemonade powder contains 30 servings. It includes a small scoop for portion control. It advises new users to start with a half scoop to see how it hits and get used to it first. (I recomend this approach- this stuff is strong). Recommended to take in early a.m. on an empty stomach, before workout. Don’t plan on taking a nap later, or going to bed early.Directions say to mix with 10 -12 oz. of water. (I presume this is for the full scoop serving.) I used crushed ice and water in a shaker bottle. It has a very sweet strawberry flavor, very strong, almost feels syrupy, I added more water to thin it a bit. I think a scoop is appropriate for 16-18 oz. of water, but that is just me..It does give an initial gentle lift of energy and awakeness and focus. So, it does help with a get up and go motivational force for exercise. I briskly walk an hour every morning, This does help get me out the door. Also helps with mental focus and cognitive function for work. Then, it just keeps going, Energizer Bunny style. Really ups the metabolism. I feel increased body heat just sitting still on a cold winter day.I sip this slowly, I do not slam it or chug it, and so I do not find I am jittery or shaky from it, just feel a metabolism shift into higher gear. So far, I like it.Update: After trying this out a couple times, Yes, it does get me buzzy and Jittery. And Hot. Metabolism kicks up a few degrees.Still Ok, just letting you know.

Hours of Delicious Energy! Very Bold!
This supplement is a winner at the gym and when I am working long hours at my construction job, giving me hours of energy with wonderful flavor, and a mental zap of focus. The caffeine and other energizing contents in this powder are on the strong side, so I highly recommend starting with a half scoop or less to assess your tolerance if you’re not used to caff or are on the smaller or more sensitive side.Overall, the energy boost in the supplment begins within minutes of me taking my very first sip. The fruity flavors are very genuine and scrumptious, although on the sweeter side. The energy is very invigorating and is perfect for those with demanding jobs or long sessions at the gym, yet can cause a crash afterwards.The powder is very easy to mix in water, although I have found it to mix better in room temperature water than with cold. The thermogenics within are a powerhouse, and I’ve found myself pleanstly sweating away while going harder at the gym with more ease when I’m using this than other non-thermogenic preworkouts. On the job, the thermogenic effects help me feel cozy when it’s chilly out.

Energy Booster
I know there’s no magic fix for burning fat and losing weight. But this product definitely does boost my energy, it makes me sweat, and it helps control my appetite. The product dissolves well, doesn’t leave clumps in my drink, and taste really good. I got the strawberry lemonade flavor and I really do like it. Something I only realized based off other reviewers is that the product does actually say it needs to be refrigerated after opening.
