The absolute best!!!
I’m mad it took me this long to find this mat, This yoga mat is so worth the price!!! My biggest hangup with yoga mats is when you roll them up the bottom side touches the top side, so whatever is on the floor is now touching your skin every single time you unroll it, unless you wipe it down first. With this mat, it folds up perfectly, the top only touches itself and so you never have to worry about the floor, touching your body (hope that makes sense).You can tell that the Mat is quality by the way it feels and the durability of it. It’s got just the right amount of cushioning so that your knees don’t hurt when you do work on the Mat, and it’s comfy when you’re laying on your back. Also, there’s no weird smell that sometimes yoga mats can have when they’re new.

Comfort & Ease of Use!
I adore this mat. Not only is it cute, but it’s highly functional as well. The amount of thickness is just right. It’s comfortable, yet I am able to remain grounded. The ease of folding this up and putting it away is exactly why it’s worth every penny! Despite there being no strap (as some commenters have wished for) I find zero difficulty in carrying the mat around when folded up. This truly is the mat to get if you want no fuss when getting it out and putting it away.I use mine on hardwood floors, and it stays put without any slips for the most part. When the floor is more dirty, there can be the occasional slip of the mat in the center with certain positions, depending on how I move my feet, but mostly, I have zero issues.Here’s a cool tip: if you’re doing something that requires more support for the knees or forearms, you can keep a spot on the mat folded and you get additional support in that area! You can see in the photo how I have the mat folded up closer to the middle and it really provides more support. This is such a cool feature of having a mat that folds up like this one. I definitely recommend it!

The width of the mat is thinner than most mats
The features of the mat are great the only reason I did not give it five stars is the width is just a 3 inches thinner than I am use to. The actual color of the mat is represented well in the photos and the thickness of the mat is perfect as it is not too thing but it is not thick. The way it folds is perfect as the bottom of the mat never touches the top portion of the mat. Overall really like this mat just a bit wider and it would be perfect.

以前は巻いて収納するタイプのマットを使っていましたが、このマットはパタパタ畳めるので簡単です。滑りにくく、膝立ちして行うポーズの時は、膝の当たる部分だけ折り畳めば、膝も痛くありません。マットの厚みも、厚すぎず薄すぎず。立ちポーズでもバランスが取りやすいのが気に入っています。収納ケースは付いていないので、百均で買ったベルトを使っています。おすすめです。
