Almost returned cuz I couldn’t make it work. Watched a video on YouTube and I get it now! Wheeee!
Quality made, went together with ease, and now that I’ve gotten a better idea how to do the motions and how low to hang the weight, how to get it going, etc. etc.?? I can actually DO IT! Before the video? I put it on and couldn’t even make it move a BIT! Felt like such a klutz and a total failure at life. So find a video and get some hints, and you’ll see. It’s really not hard to do this motion at all, I promise. Even if you are older, out of shape, and never were much of an athlete to start with. As for weight or inches lost? We’ll see. I just got it. But I’m glad that instead of doing a return, I bothered to look elsewhere for instructions first. I feel so accomplished already. Hahaha! Wish me luck! It’s actually fun.

Hula hoop Trial
Today is my first official day using the weighted hula hoop. I can honestly say this is alot of fun and my body is tired after doing the recommended 30mins. I’m sweating all over, but I feel good.The two downsizes I can already say is that it CAN be painful after a while around your abdominal area and it is LOUD. The noise doesn’t bother me since I have head phones on. Im going to try this weighted hula hoop for 30days and see what the results are. I will post and update.Ease of assembly:Very easy to assembly (Even with nails on)*5 Day Update*This hulahoop is fun to use, and after 15 minutes your sweating up a storm. I’m still experience some pain while using the hulahoop around my mid section.

Not usable as part of it was reversed and couldn’t connect.
I was looking forward to receiving this item and using it in hopes that it would help me in my weight loss and improved heath goals. Upon arrival I opened the box and removed the link sections (it arrived with about 5 links connected and you connected those to another section.) As I got to the last section I couldn’t get it to link because it was backwards or reversed. I turned it and even unlinked other sections thinking that would work, but these four links were the opposite of what was needed which meant that I could not get the hoop to the size I needed. Also, I had discovered before I began putting it together that the instructions were printed in reverse, like a mirror image.I’m very disappointed and returning this product immediately and will not buy from this seller again. Just too frustrating.

I love this. It’s so easy and it engages muscles you wouldn’t normally use. I change the positions of my stance to engage different muscles. Bad thing is its so loud 𤯠I usually do this while watching a TV show so I up the volume.
