If you want to amp up your exercise, get these weights!
These two pound dumbbells are PERFECT for my high intensity cardio class. If you want to burn extra calories during your cardio, ADD WEIGHTS. They donât have to be heavy. We do a LOT of arm movements in my class. Lots of cross punches, upper cuts, scissor chops, etc. These two pound weights makes me work 100% harder! My goal is to slim down and tone up my arms. Iâve used light weights in the past in my cardio classes. They do the trick! Keep your same intensity with the weights. Within one month youâll see a difference. The shape and material of the dumbbells make them easy to hold and theyâve very sturdy. You donât have to worry about them cracking if you drop them. The price is excellent. I also use them when Iâm walking. I highly recommend these little treasures.

I like it…I first made the mistake of getting weights that were too heavy…I will hopefully grow into them…I thought I was buying two but then I realized the 3lb weights sell singly…so another is on the way…It is a nice design and quality.
