Best home exercise equipment
Functional, works well, three pair of bands, you can combine to increase the weight limit (20+30=50) upto 90 pounds. For single ones you can go up to 180 pounds. Good quality product. Great strech and good for in home resistance training. You can store in the bag provided with it. Overall Awesome product.

A great workout set
This Pilates set has overall been a really good purchase, so far. There are a couple of pros and cons that I have listed below to hopefully help someone make a decision.PROS- Sturdy, thick bands with metal clips that are easy to onto the band handles. The stitching on the bands are sewn together great, when I pulled on it and used them I didnât see or hear any ripping happening. The foam around the band handles are thick enough to provide comfort but still allow for you to wrap your hands around it. The clips are made of metal and are easy to clip the handles onto. The whole set is easy to assemble and take apart to store away once youâre done without it taking up a lot of space. You are able to adjust the straps on the side of the Pilates bar. It comes with a âDo Not Open, Training in Progressâ door tag.CONS- They donât have the weight labeled on both ends of band and they will rub off easy. I am 5â10ââ and my biggest complaint is that the length and amount of space around the foot and band handles makes it too long to do certain exercises without making adjustments (if there was a way to adjust that part like you do a strap it would solve that problem). So, if you are on the shorter side, I wouldnât recommend getting this set.

Flimsy connections
The first time I used this item, the bar broke at the joint. I put it back together and noticed itâs so stripped that it wonât stay together anymore. I resolved the issue with my husbandâs help and liquid weld glue.

For those who are curious, like I was, I took a gamble and bought this! There were other models that stated minimum 5â2 but this did not say. I got it and tried (yes, I shortened the strap to the max) and even at 20lb, I could feel the burn. The âweightsâ were short enough! This is perfect for this short girl!

I love this set. It takes no room and comes with many levels of resistance a cute door sign and the workout poster is a really big help. I also love the fact that itâs pink. It comes in a durable travel bag so you can take it from room to room or even on vacation. can see this set lasting a long time as the bands are made of a thick strong tubing. I would recommend this product and I hope this company comes out with more products.
