Good non slip mat
The mat is great! It does not slip. It is thick enough to protect bones and joints . The only complaint I have is the carry strap is very loose and it makes it difficult to carry using the strap. Otherwise, the mat is great! Why did you pick this product vs others?:Price and thickness of mat made the difference for me.

Super cushiony and comfortable. Also doesn’t slide. Great padding even if you are on your knees. The first time I took this to my yoga class, three more people ordered the exact same brand in different colors. Highly recommend!

Thick and comfortable
The thickness of the mat is easy on the knees and wrists, whether doing yoga or pilates map. Also appreciate the mesh carrying case that it comes with. There is a slight smell when you first unfold it but its goes away after airing out and wiping down with your favorite non toxic cleaning spray, I used method.

This is awful quality. Don’t buy it! I received it as a Christmas present so missed the return window. It tore in 3 places after 2 yoga practices. It’s slippery and moves when in use. It squeaks as well! It’s just terrible. Don’t waste your money.

Perfect for any stretching that is static, provides a highly fluffy support for the knees and back. I bought this one specifically for these two reasons, hence a 5 star rating. DO NOT suggest it for yoga.
