I love these dumbbells. These are what I started with when I first started strength training with weights. Now Iâm up to 20lbs with this same brand/shape of dumbbells.I love the hexagon shape because you can use them to do dumbbell push ups and they will be stationary and wonât roll around like a circle-shaped dumbbell would. Highly recommend this set along with the heavier sets!

My daughter is a 13-year-old softball player, and her coach said she needed to âget strongerâ if she wanted to hit more dingers and stop throwing like a noodle. So I got her pair of these RitFit dumbbells â and now she is practically a superhero (okay, maybe more like a sidekick, but still).The weights are perfect for training at home. They donât roll away (which is great because I already chase enough softballs), and the rubber coating keeps them from making that terrifying clang every time she puts them down dramatically after doing like, 3 curls.As her dad i tried to “borrow” them once and called them âsolid.â Thatâs dad code for âI wish I had these when I was your age.âAfter a few weeks of using them, She is already swinging harder, throwing faster, and yes â opening stubborn jars without help. ðªIf you’re a softball player looking to level up without accidentally breaking your momâs floor, these are the way to go.
