This is a great set for beginners. My only issue was the ball was a little hard to keep inflated while plugging it. The bands are made from a great material and the ring has the perfect amount of resistance.

Not the best quality, but itâll do
The socks are a cheap quality and the resistance bands have very little range of motion. I have other bands that allow me to wear them on both ankles and then extend one leg out to the side enough to feel a good stretch, these ones you can barely stretch them to where your feet would be shoulder with apart (and no it has nothing to do with them being light/medium/heavy resistance)- theyâre nearly useless. The hoop feels pretty cheap if Iâm being honest. All in all, these will do for an beginner but I donât expect any of these items to last for long.

Good Quality for the Price
I use the ring and the ball the most in my chair yoga class, but I like having the other equipment to use. My mom is 86 and recently had a fall. The PT was able to utilize the bands into her therapy. The equipment seems durable as I have been using it for almost a year.
