These are definitely a must have for after the gastric sleeve surgery. The portion sizes are right and itâs great that you could just save food for later and then just heat it up.

I really like the product except for one major issue. It is very hard to get the lid on the product. It takes at least 3 or 4 tries to get the lid to stay on. Very frustrating.Editing this review from 3 stars to 5 today. I was making it difficult by trying to push down all around the plate. All you have to do is press down firmly from the top. OMG sorry.

Good buy
Great plates! Took one star off because it it tricky getting the lids on. Otherwise, they’re perfect. They help me reduce my portion sizes and realize what a proper portion size actually is. Also, when reheating I appreciate the steam vent and it keeps food moist in the microwave. All in all, a good buy for me and I’m planning to order another set!

Good find!
Great for my bariatric diet! The portion allowance for each type of food is pretty close to what my stomach can hold. Works very well to measure out how much I can have from family dinners. I’m learning to eyeball portion size as time goes on, but this help others do that as well.

Functional, good value
These are much sturdier than they feel! I keep being afraid I will accidentally throw them away because they remind me of disposable dishware, but they haven’t bent or given out or anything. They’ve held up well to both dishwasher and microwave, and they help me keep my food separate to reduce sensory squicks.

Small portion size, not worth the money
When I unwrapped it, it is smaller then a dinner plate, and very shallow, and the portion sizes are small. I feel that if I put too much in it will over flow into the other spots. If watching your weight it will work well. If your giving it to a guy, heay still be hungry. Lol. The cover doesn’t snap as tight as I would like it to but the container itself is sturdy. I would’ve returned them but they are ok for now I won’t buy them again. Sorry

Great For Weekly Made Meals!
I suffer from chronic pain so being able to make multiple meals for the week ahead is very important to me. I havenât had any problems with the lids staying sealed tight as many have stated in here I like that there are holes that can be open For the microwave or shut to store on these. Iâve looked all over for sturdy covered plates like these While I know theyâre for portion control itâs be nice if some plates were made with deeper compartments for those who donât suffer from diabetes or need such strict portion control.. But these certainly have become invaluable to me as itâs easier for me to cook up several meals in one day and divvy them up for the week ahead.. I would definitely recommend these to anyone else who needs to have pre-made meals They store nicely in the frig and are stackable Definitely a thumb ms up on these

It is a cute functional plate.
Love this plate. I am using it to help aide with controlling my portion sizes while dieting. It also comes with a vented lid. You get two so I’m sharing the other with my grandbaby.

I like these dishes very much. Great for transporting supper to my mom and heating it up when I get there. Plastic, yes, but good quality and a decent weight. Top snaps on and stays on. Glad I bought them.

I thought these would be cafeteria type plates but they are just a cut above paper plates. Probably ok for camping I guess, but not for a handicapped blind person. BUT a nice touch I didn’t notice on description was these plates have a snap on clear lid with a vent hole that can be open or closed. So portions can be carried easily and lends a bit of rigitity to the plate. if the plates were a little thicker I would have given these a 5 star for sure.
