Great journal
Ive been using this for only 5 days but I love the thought provoking writing prompts. Itâs easy and quick to use, it only takes me about 3-5minutes a night. Itâs worth the price

Good investment in your self care routine!
I like these daily prompts a lot, and found some of them really challenging to answer (which encouraged a more deep dive in a free writing form). It’s also facilitated some good conversations with friends and family about their memories and current events. In the chronically overworked, over stimulated life so many of us have, this is an easy 5 minutes of your day to commit. Live curiously!

Self Care
Iâm a stay at home mom, and Iâve found myself in a slump lately not knowing much about me anymore. I REALLY love this book. Since the moment Iâve opened it, Iâve loved every thing about it. It has helped me actually sit down at night, and think (with the questions) when it comes to my life, and where I am in life right now. I love answering the questions, and being able to check off my mood for the day. I canât wait to see how much my life/mindset changes during the year. I also love that itâs a hard cover book so I donât have to worry about it bending up in my purse.

Beautiful Cover & Great Prompts
I needed something to get me journaling again, without the pressure of knowing what to journal about every day. I was looking for something that would make me think, but not have to write an essay. This is a great deal, you get 3 years in one book. I thought that maybe it would seem repetitive, but by the time I get to my 2nd year, I’m fairly certain it will feel like a fresh prompt. I flipped through the journal and it seems like the prompts are all different. It’s undated, so I was able to start mid-July. There are also some reflective pieces and some extra goodies when you buy the journal. The cover is gorgeous. The pages don’t appear to bleed through (and I’m using a pretty inky pen). So far, I’m loving it!

Beautiful and well-designed journal
What a beautiful journal. Everything about this journal screams quality. From the solid, thick cover, to the gold foil on the cover, to the strong binding, the thick pages, the rounded corners, the satin bookmark, and the content inside, it’s all beautiful, and you can tell that a lot of thought was put into the design of this journal.I couldn’t quite figure out how they could fit a THREE YEAR journal into a book of this size, but they did. If you were sit and page through it, it may seem like a lot – but what I love about it is that it’s designed for literally 1-2 lines a day. That’s it. So even if you feel like you don’t have time for journaling or don’t know what to write, or don’t have the motivation to sit down and write a whole lot – none of those things matter with this journal. You have the space to write 1-2 sentences, max. And there is a daily prompt, so you don’t even have to brainstorm ideas that you want to write about. Technically, you could ignore the prompts entirely and just use it as a gratitude journal, a prayer journal, or to jot down one thing from each day of the year. There’s no hard or fast rules, but it has the prompts there should you choose to use them.If you look at my photo of the inside of the book, you’ll see how it works as a three year journal. For each “day” there is a column with three sections. Each section is for one year. I absolutely LOVE this layout, because when you come around to that same prompt each year, you can see how your answers may have either evolved or stayed the same. I love that you can easily compare your responses from one year to the next. This is so much better than trying to flip backwards and find the same corresponding day from the year prior. There is also a section at the back to reflect on each year. The journal also includes a pull out poster with a mood tracker, a wheel of life, etc. This is truly a fantastic journal and would make a great gift for yourself or others. You really can’t go wrong with this.
