Excellent Protein Powder for the PCOS girlies!!!!
So far have been using this for about 2 weeks and it’s one of the best protein powders I ever used. It does have a slightly chalky taste because of the peas, but like others have said it’s not over powering. What makes a difference for me is if I use chia seeds or not, otherwise it mixes well in smoothies and batters. I highly recommend using the vanilla in waffles or pancakes. They taste great, I get my protein, and I don’t spike. I can’t say anything concrete in regards to the skin-care aspect of this powder because I’m still trying to get a consistent skin routine under control.

Iâve tried so many protein powders, and this one is hands down my favorite. It mixes so smoothly, no chalky texture, and actually tastes good, even just with water or almond milk. Iâve been using it after my spin workouts, and it really helps with recovery and keeps me full without feeling heavy. I love that itâs clean, easy on the stomach, and something I actually look forward to drinking every day. Highly recommend! ðªâ¨

This is my 2nd purchase of this protein. I find that the powder mixes well, the taste is smooth and delicious, it is not chalky or gritty, great value & overall a good clean protein for women

Protein review
I think this is one of the best plant based protein powders out there. The powder has a good amount of vitamins and aminos. It mixes well as long as you dont use cold liquids. I liked the vanilla flavor but it does cause it to be a little overly sweet. The texture is good and doesnt have that after beany taste some vegetable proteins can have. One thing i didnt like was the price ut was kind of pricey but us pretty good size wise. I also dont like that it doesmix well with cold liquids. Doesn’t cause bloating or stomach discomfort. Overall is a good quality vegetable protein to use to get enough protein in your diet. I would recommend this product to anyone if they used protein but don’t know anyone that uses protein powder besides myself.

The taste is absolutely delightful! This protein powder is incredibly easy to drinkâno gritty texture, and it mixes seamlessly. Best Dairy Free/Plant Based I’ve found
Best non-dairy protein that I’ve found so far. I am SUPER picky and I need something that will taste good and blend well with oat milk – this wins. I used to use Orgain but the flavor is better and it has less ingredients and therefore more pure. I have the chocolate and the blueberry….next time I’ll try vanilla. The large size lasts a very long time! It does not taste too good with just water – but honestly, what protein powder does? It’s drinkable but not as good as with a dairy-free milk alternative.

Best protein Iâve used
It actually taste good and blends easily. Iâve been incorporating this into my post workout routine and Iâm seeing a difference already. Not grainy like other brands and I can even put it in my shaker and drink it that way, all thought I prefer to blend it if I can. Thereâs very little clumps and the powder dissolves pretty easily. Mix with fruit and a banana and enjoy!

El olor es muy rico, huele a galleta de chocolate, ya cuando lo mezclas con agua cambia un poco, el sabor es como a chocolate un poco artificial, el polvo no se diluye totalmente pero la textura no es desagradable, yo lo tomo solo con agua y hielos, sabe bien aunque no es mi sabor favorito, es mi primera vez probando proteÃna de esta marca, decidà probarlo por sus ingredientes ya que tengo SOP y tomo inositol y esta versión en especial tiene un poco de inositol en sus ingredientes, ya veremos si ayuda en la regulación. En la primera toma me cayó un poquito pesada al estómago, pero tal vez es cuestión de acostumbrarse.
