Great for more than just yoga
Was looking for something wider and thicker than a regular yoga mat. This hits the sweet spot with both width and thickness while still being able to take it to the gym on my bicycle. It’s not too thick that it makes balancing too difficult. I find that both the ribbed and smooth sides work equally well and I’ve the mat doesn’t slide around on the floor I’ve really enjoyed it.As far as quality . . . I haven’t had any issues. There are a few marks on the mat since I started using it, but I didn’t buy it for display. It’s materially holding up great and would recommend purchasing.

Big body yoga
I go to a few yoga classes a week with my wife. I wanted my own mat but was having difficulty with the standard-size mats. This mat allows me to take the space I need for my exercise and with the different types of texture on either side it makes grip a breeze. I’m 6â3â 235 and my feet wouldn’t hit the standard mat size during some exercises. This mat is thick and very comfortable during a workout.

I love this yoga mat. Its durable, comfortable and nonslip. Love the large size. My only complaint is that it shows stains /smudges but they easily wipe off.
