Works for sure
I have lots of pain in my right arm from the over use of it, due to my job.Iâm constantly lifting 50-100 plus lbs all day, five days a week, so recovery time is not a thing. This sleeve has helped reduce the pain & inflammation by a lot and has also helped reduce how much ibuprofen I consume on a weekly basis.I wear it about 10-12 hrs every day and the days Iâm off I even wear it .. to help with what little recovery time I do get .The comfort level is great, the menthol smell isnât overwhelming.I got the S/M and it fits perfectly, Iâm a fit 160 lb woman with mini hulk arms lolDefinitely recommend & it doesnât slide down or around- stays in play.It will stick to Velcro- so if your wearing that, be ready for your arm to stick lol

I was skeptical, but it does help
I managed to arm bar myself trying to clear snow off the roof of my truck and my elbow swelled up like a golf ball was in there. At first, I wore this for about 5 hours and the restriction on my upper arm drove me crazy. Gave it another try but this time folded the top down, so I didn’t feel like I was wearing a blood pressure cuff.Combined with taking Aleve for a few weeks, this brought my swelling down and prevented further injury. After wearing it 16 hours a day for 3 weeks, it started to loosen up a little and slide down my arm. Some sort of adjustability with velcro straps would make it more comfortable and keep tension longer.

Thick and sizing run small
The sleeve is made a good quality however the sizing is not accurate. My husband went with the size that was recommended by the sizing chart after measuring his arm and the size was too tight. The material was also very thick and

This elbow sleeve really works
My husband had a little tendinitis in his elbow when he went to the gym. I got this sleeve for him. It seemed to make his pain a little better. Give him a lot of support if itâs perfectly nice value for the money.

Good support tool
I use a walker to get around. I over extended my elbow so I got this compression sleeve. It works Great. It reduced the discomfort 99%.

Works well until it doesn’t
It’s been more than 3 months of constant use and it’s good but I wish it stayed tight. Over only a few days of use, it became loose really quick. The material if fantastic and its soft, but it does loose its tightness. After a wash in the laundry does help bring it back to its original tightness, but then it gets loose again. So up to you if you want to deal with that. Im in the market for a new/similar one, but from another brand. I’m looking at the Mcdavid brand.

I loved this compression sleeve! I had a different one that I was using at home but I wanted one to be at work and one to be at home. I used it every day at work while we were doing remote learning to help support a pinched nerve in my elbow. It fit wonderfully. The menthol infusion both smelled good and seemed to help my elbow, although it could have been a placebo effect. In fact, it was so good that I decided I’d rather bring this one back and forth instead of use the one I had kept at home. Unfortunately, after only a couple of weeks, I lost it out of my backpack on the way home… the price has since gone up and I refuse to spend even more money on something I already bought.

Todo bien

that’s about it..ordered S/M but unlike their knee compression (which I have in S/M) this is too big and gappy at one end – no compression and I don’t have skinny arms

No cooling effect great compression, fits well and feels great.

The coolness effect is instantly gratifying but it fits very snug so be sure to order the right size. Do not sleep with on it will cut off your circulation somewhat.
