I really enjoy taking this supplement. Itâs helped with keeping my energy up. I also do not experience muscle pain after a workout. I take this with mushroom coffee, tea, or in my protein shake. It dissolves nicely and no taste/smell with positive results.

Wanted to start light and try out creatine to activate and pump my glutes while i workout. So far, i see some results but i know i have to be consistently to see more improvements. No taste, easy to digest with pre workout. Dissolves Easily which is a plus!!

Great product. I take it every morning in my protein shake. I switched over to this brand, after seeing it was half the price of the others and has the same ingredients. No artificial taste, and works well! After a month of use, I will be continuing this product instead of the alternative. My dog also wanted me to add that he told me itâs light weight and helps me focus with energy on giving him more play time with the ball.

Iâve been taking this for the past month now, and while I havenât noticed much changes in body composition just yet, I do notice the impact it has on my exercises! I donât feel like I have to push myself as hard in the gym, my body is more ready to go and tackle on the workouts. The powder has no taste and dissolves fast in the water, which is a plus because itâs not fun feeling like youâre just drinking powdered water. I will keep trying it and seeing what other changes I notice!

I actually liked this creatine. Was the first one I ever tried. No smell, no taste, dissolves easily (I still shake it before drinking) the only thing and it was my friend, she has kidney issues and noticed that she was having kidney pain as she was taking it but it could be a creatine thing for people with kidney issues, so just do your research when buying any of them. But overall, really good, I even saw a difference in muscle recovery and the booty definitely grew a bit moreâ¦. Idkkkk
