A must-have item for exercise and physical therapy
I bought this first as a Christmas gift. I already had in my mind I wanted one myself. Trying it out Christmas day, I was liked it so much, I ordered another two. Just briefly trying it out on my lower back and hips, I felt instant relief. The effect stays with you. It’s stiff material which may be uncomfortable for some. It doesn’t bother me since I am able to control applying pressure. The vibration is the added benefit I needed anyway. I just put a towel over it and melt into the massage. Great for relieving aches and pains. It’s well made and affordable. I’m happy with my purchase.

Perfect strength and easy to use
I wanted a foam roller that was smaller for my petite body. I had tried the most expensive brand V, and it was too wide and too powerful which made it painful to use. I found this one narrower, and the lower settings are perfect strength, while the higher settings are very powerful if i ever need that. I was concerned that a very low price product was going to be useless and fall apart and this does not have any issues. Thank you for the great quality and well thought out product and great price! I wish it came in a solid color like dark blue. The current color looks like industrial foam padding.

Not for me, too rough of a vibration and design
Product seemed well made but ultimately it was too harsh. The vibrations caused me more pain than they relieved. The Motors were strong but even on low they had a very rough feel. This may have been due to the high density of the foam padding in the design. The pain relief did not happen for me, quite the opposite. The design seemed sound but the implementation seemed to rough around the edges. Obviously this is very subjective to each user but for my lower back it was not a viable solution. In the end I returned the product.

Great at loosening back and shoulders
I sit a desk job most of the day and go to the gym in the evenings. My shoulders and upper back are often tight from slouching. I used this foam roller in different ways for a variety of muscles (feet, calves, thighs, butt, back, shoulders). It’s most useful to loosen my back and shoulders. I find non-vibrating foam rollers stiff and uncomfortable if I’m not actively rolling them. I was able to pause and breath using this roller as the vibration helped relax my muscles.Tips:1. Match the vibration with the size of the muscle. Lower vibration for feet and calves, higher vibration for thighs and butt.2. Roller tends to glide when it’s vibrating, it’s hard to get it situated in the correct place when this happens. I got the roller into position first before starting vibration.3. When rolling shoulders and upper back, keep mouth closed to keep teeth from rattling. I also closed my eyes. I tried rolling my shoulders with no vibration but I much prefer the vibration, and it’s a small fix to close my mouth.
