Be aware if you have a thin sock that it could cause your feet to slide resulting in injury
Couldn’t find one same as at PT. This took 1-2 days to get used to. Provides the same stretch as in PT which is awesome. Size is perfect. Hold on to something stable as rocking can cause you to fall. This is a product that will stretch your calves as little or as much as you like. Do 2 sets of 10 everyday. Keeping it handy makes it easy. Excellent product, good price and of course, the ease of shopping at Amazon.

Relief!
Gives an amazing, deep calf stretch. I use it every night before I get in bed to ease/prevent muscle cramps and spasms. Love it! Also love that itâs so lightweight and portable, easy to bring with you on a trip.

Stretch calves and other useful tool
Bought this after a recent medical issue that required physical therapy on my legs so that I could do the exercises at home. This has been a light weight solution that can withstand the weight of 250lb man with no indication of giving way. Made well and has become a daily tool to help get me back on my feet again.

Material is outstanding
The Material is not that ridiculous Styrofoam that is tightly put together but comes apart quickly and is far too stiff to be useful. The material is more like a very firm foam. I can stand on it and indent slightly- it has enough give to aid a stretch and to sleep on. I am using this wedge to realign sternum, adjust lower hips/back, to stretch my calves and heels, and to be able to sleep on my tummy in a therapeutic position versus a damaging one! Love this!

Good for balance
I used a similar device with my physical therapist, but it was softer than this one. This is good for stretching the ankles. I also use it as a headrest during Yoga and under the base of my back to try to ease my back pain.

Great Product
This multifunction calf stretcher is very versatile. It does help to stretch the calves. Turn it over onto the flat side and put your foot on it, on difference pressure points on you foot, for Plantar Fasciitis stretches. Read the instructions. I’ve read on other websites it can be used flat side down for your lower back and for your neck. Do your research. Great Product. More sturdy than more expensive prodects.

I use the product upside down because I am in a wheelchair. It works fine for me except I have to brace it against a wall so I canât do anything else while using it.

30CM HALF ROLLER APPEARS GOOD QUALITY, IS EVA FOAM AND NOT GENERIC PACKAGING. HAS PROPER BRANDING. HOWEVER CORNERS WERE DAMAGED… NO RESOLUTION OR FOLLOW UP FROM SELLER…. POOR.

Great value product for strength work on calves, reducing the shin splints when running. For months shin splints would cripple me for days after running but using daily and before/after runs this has made the pain go away.I mainly use the flat edge under my foot and stretch my calves that way, but also like to use it long ways, flat side down to balance on one foot.I use to use the bottom step of the stairs!I use this barefoot, and initially it left a slippery residue on my soles but that has now gone.

Permette di eseguire numerosi esercizi ma non tutto è positivo. Il materiale plastico fa poco attrito e mi è capitato più volte che, una volta fatta pressione con il peso del corpo, il roller scivolasse improvvisamente fuori da sotto il piede mettendomi a rischio di cadere. La misura e la forma non mi pare adatta a tutti i tipi di piede.
