AWESOME accessory to enhance my runs and keep me hydrated !!
When I first got into running long distance a few years ago I tried so many iterations of bottles – this by far is my favorite! Itâs a solid design, holds just the right amount of water for me and fits in my run vest so I can be hands free, plus it doesnât break the bank. Iâve also weirdly enough put warmer water in it for winter running! They last a long time – the spout makes the water easy to access and if I donât bring my vest itâs light and hand sized, making it easy to carry. All in all great functionality. Also their customer service is super friendly and knowledgeable! Rare to have a person on the line AND one whoâs friendly.

Easy to use soft flask for running!
This handheld soft flask is great and easy to carry with me on my runs. Easy to use. Has a slight plastic taste at first but Iâve soaked it in hot soapy water and that has helped. The little pocket on the hand held âcarrierâ works well to hold my keys and a small snack. Wished Iâd found it sooner! Good quality. Easy to use and carry!

Perfect, with only one problem.
The size and function of this is just right. But, as others have said, there is a taste/smell that I can’t seem to eliminate. I tried vinegar and baking soda, and then tried extended soaks with the same. I managed to decrease the taste and smell somewhat. The flask is so portable and well-designed that I just use it and try to overlook the taste.

Fitly flasks are amazing
Fitly flasks are amazing. Super lightweight, high quality bite valve, easy to stow in a jersey pocket or hand carry. They come in many sizes, I like the 12oz/350ml for running. Very highly recommended!

Perfect pocket-sized water bladder for hydration while skiing. Problem is poor tasting water.
Expert skier who previously used water bladders with tube fed through the backpack for hydration while skiing. On cold days, the tube would freeze to my dismay. Nothing I could do to fix this issue worked. I tried insulated tubing without success. I then started carrying a 500 mL bottle of water each day in my thigh bib pocket which worked in terms of not freezing, although I found the shape of the bottle uncomfortable. I ordered this soft flask at the 400 mL size as I thought it would fit in my pocket and yes, it does. I fill it when I go in for a brief break and it is fine for resort use. Would this work for backcountry? Well, personally 400 mL isn’t enough water for me for more than a few hours so I think this will have to stay for resort use. But for what I need, it works perfectly. The reason I gave it 3 rather than 5 stars is the taste of the water… despite filling it initially with hot, soapy water to clean, I still taste would I would best describe as the inside rubber/plastic taste/smell of a pool toy. If you have ever blown up a pool toy, you know what I mean. With time it has been getting better but the taste remains. On the product it is clearly advertised that the product is safe for use with claims of product safety by FDA, but who knows…

Perfect size & delivery for picky runners
A basic balancing act for runners is ensuring a handy source of hydration while avoiding too much bulk/weight. I find this flask is able to provide both for short runs in warmer conditions, longer runs in colder weather, or longer runs interspersed with watering stations.Itâs small enough to fit into a pocket without bouncing around, its flexibility means it disappears as you consume the water, and its dispensing spout is very practical to use while running, managing to keep a tight seal without the need for twisting locks or the like.

Running hydration made easy
A great little solution to running hydration. I purchased the 8.5oz option which fits well in mesh shorts over the course of my runs. When fill, the weight can be enough to bounce around, but after a few swigs it fits perfectly in my pocket and is almost unnoticed when running. Easy to use with the nozzle requiring bite force to activate so you will not have to worry about this leaking in your pocket. Great quality for it’s price and so far I have not had any issues related to leaks or tears after hours of heavy use. 8.5oz is likely the largest that is pocket friendly when running.

Pros and cons
Pros: 1) I wanted something small that my husband and I could carry in our pockets during our daily 5 mile walks. This is perfect. As you can see in the pic, it is slim enough to put in your back pocket.2) We freeze them with the water inside (leaving room for expansion), so it is extra nice on a hot day to have what is basically an ice pack. The pic shows the water frozen inside. I like holding my bottle against the back of my neck to cool me off, and it speeds up the melting process so that I have some water to drink fairly quickly. My husband keeps his in his back pocket for most of our walk, so his remains partially frozen the entire time, but he still has water to drink.Cons: 1) I canât get the spout to work. I know youâre supposed to bite the soft part gently but even when I do that, squeezing the bottle gently, barely anything dribbles out. So I just remove the cap and drink it that way. No big deal â I like getting a bigger swig of water. It doesnât drip out of the spout, so thatâs good. My husband can drink out of the spout with no problem.2) There is a slight rubber taste. Like drinking out of a rubber ball. I washed the bottles with baking soda and water, and it helped a bit. My husband doesnât notice it as much as I do. But if you add some powdered, flavored Pedialyte to the water, then it tastes great and it gives you more electrolytes too! These bottles were perfect for our needs despite the cons.

I love using soft water bottles because they don’t take up much space. They are lightweight, flexible and collapsable which is ideal for when I go running! And this one fits perfectly into my waist bag 🙂 It’s also leakproof and I did not notice any bad taste in my water plus I really like this type of mouthpiece!
