Very sharp,useful,well balance feel and comfortable for me . I use this knife for 5-6 hours everyday It has never hurt my wrist or shoulder as other poor ergonomic knives I used to use and very versatile. After using for 2 years is still good quality and no rust at all.

Great knife for any chef!
I purchased this knife as a gift for my son, who loves to cook and bake. He loves the knife, and said it is very sharp and does a great job cutting everything he chops. The handle is very comfortable to hold for him, I found it a little harder since it’s a large knife and I have small hands. Great purchase, works well.

Works really well, very sharp. Learning to use a knife all over again, was used to a duller knife and yes I sliced into my skin a couple of times while cutting up onions and tomatoes. Hopefully it stays sharp a long time. Itâs well balanced and well made. Very impressed.
