Tote bag cooler
I have been using this for a few weeks as a purse and snack bag. The ice pack I use stays frozen for hours in Louisiana heat. I left it in my car with the windows up no AC still cold. Great insulation. The extra pockets allow me to put purse items in it so I only have to carry one bag around. It is easy to carry, however be mindful about the amount of food and water you pack because it can get heavy. I like the expandable side pockets and I love that there are two to carry my drinks and phone etc. The design is great because it doesnt look like a lunch bag. It is good quality oxford material. I like the matte finish. I was concerned it would look cheap and shiny but it does not. I hope they continue making this tote bacg.

Perfect lunch/work bag
Plenty of space for food and drinks. It has little pockets that are big enough for all the small things.Drink packets, inhaler, charger and whatever other little small things. I work 3 jobs donuts perfect

Stylish and worth the price
So far so good! I have been using it since July for my lunch at work. It looks great and I love the pockets on the outside. The inside has plenty of room for weird sized containers, and my coffee thermos fits as well on its side. Zippers are great and sturdy. The long strap and the handles are perfect length and comfort. I have not put a freezer pack inside yet to check out the insulation, but it is NOT full of seams which could cause leak points.

Great Quality
The lunch bag is great quality with lots of handy pockets including one on each end for cups. Unfortunately the mint green was more beige/green, so I returned it.
