Not for me
I administered these drops once a day for about three weeks and saw no weight loss that I can attribute to the product. I honestly didnât feel any more energetic than normal AND it clearly taste like vinegar, not even a hint of cinnamon. It hasnât affected my appetite, but it has taken my ability to taste food away. Itâs the only explanation I have for losing my taste. Makes sense that could happen if it has something in it to suppress your appetite. If you canât taste your food, why eat food???𤣠itâs a clear no for me. I only lost weight because Iâm trying.

These drops taste great and really give me a boost of energy every day. I find they definitely suppress my appetite as well . Iâve been doing keto for over 3 years and lost over 100 pounds. These drops are a nice easy way to keep me in ketosis. Many people complain that the dropper doesnât fill all the way, but I donât believe it is supposed to. I just fill to where it stops and take 2 a day. Works great!

Recommend for the flavor
The flavor is good. I expect the flavor is either sour or bitter, but itâs a pleasantly salty tangy flavor. Also the dose is small enough so it didnât upset my stomach. My hunger and appetite did cease after taking it. I donât know whether it helps for weight loss since I have my diet meal and routine exercise but I did lose weight steadily after a week. I have been using it for a month. The result is good.

Tastes good and the ingredient list is phenomenal. I took daily, first thing in the morning, however I didn’t lose any weight or notice any noticeable difference in energy or general health. I only tried for one month hoping I would see “some kind of result” and was surprised with all those ingredients that I had nothing change 🙁 Maybe you have to take consistently for months, idk?

Not a great product.
I take the supplement just as it says on the bottle, 1ml under the tongue hold for 20 seconds before swallowing. On here it even says take with meal and 2 hours before exercise but Iâm not sure how anyone can take this before exercise. It makes me feel so tired like I just took a whole bottle of melatonin, which it has in the product. Maybe itâs better to take right before you sleep. However, it does suppress my appetite, maybe even too much. I canât eat anything besides one meal a day and after that I am nauseous. Iâm on a keto diet as well and with the diet, exercise and this product combined I have not seen any results as of yet. Youâre better off with oxyshred thermogenic powder because this product would just make you feel bloated, tired and super unproductive, I would not recommend.
