I started taking this supplement mainly for the fertility positives and I read it helps with mood support. I have had so many positive outcomes with this supplement.One of the two major pros have been improved focus & zero cramps during my last cycle. I have had cramps during every cycle Iâve ever had, not this month. And the only thing I have really changed is the addition of this supplement. I take it in the morning because I find it gives me a nice energy boost.Momentous is a top supplement company out there. If you follow Dr. Huberman, that’s most likely why you are here. I feel this is a high-quality supplement. It’s hitting me exactly like the ALCAR I usually take does.Acetyl-L-Carnitine isn’t a cheap supplement so I think the pricing here is more than fair.This supplement also gives me a boost for my workouts as well as my desk work.It can affect your sleep at night so try to take it early or mid-day at the latest. I take it with my meals. Paired with Alpha Lipoic Acid, it protects from blood sugar spikes.Do some reading about what pairing this with Alpha Lipoic Acid can do for you and try it out. It’s proven to help you cognitively and physically.

This L-Carnitine is Great Quality!
I found out about L-Carnitine about 5 years after being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and being EXTREMELY exhausted. I tried prescription medicines but didn’t like the way they made me feel. L-Carnitine is a nearly immediate (within an hour) acting natural stimulant, unlike any other, except a few other amino acids. It gives you energy, helps your mood, and helps your muscles work. I like the dosage of this L-Carnitine, as it is enough to give you energy, without making you feel shaky. 900 mg. is a good dose, and you take it whenever you need extra energy! Not a daily pill, unless you are exhausted daily! Contact your doctor before taking any supplement, but this is a safe way to get extra energy, a great mood, and get your muscles working properly!I rate this a great product and also a DEFINITELY BUY IT item!

Acetyl L-Carnitine boosts acetylcholine in the brain, which means it is going to immediately increase your focus and even improve memory.When I take it, I feel more invigorated, focused, and things even seem brighter and more colorful. I take it before workouts for this reason, but it can be used any time really.I really enjoy Andrew Huberman’s podcast, and I trust that he would pair up with a quality company since he is very thorough and his listeners care about the quality of supplements.The company’s website mentions extensive independent testing of their supplements, which is good. If you are looking for a good source of acetyl l-carnitine, this is a great choice.
