This stuff works well when you are in a calorie deficit. The first time I took it was in the morning on an empty stomach and thirty minutes later, I felt a huge burst of energy that was very different from caffeine. I don’t feel tired or exhausted. I’m able to get an extra few reps or sets at the gym. As for the fat loss part, I’m not sure yet. The supplement does have a taste. When you mix it with water, it tastes like the refreshing water that had a whole bunch of sliced lemons submerged in it. Very refreshing and easily goes down the hatch. I would recommend.
