Nice resistance bands!
These are great for my workouts at home if I don’t go to the gym. I can even take them with me if I need to. Very good quality There were several different sizes and strengths. Great price and great product!

Good quality!
My husband and I use these constantly. They give a decent workout in our home gym. The resistance is really good. Iâve had some that were so thin and broke, but these are thick.

Small diameter, not flat bands
Not a big fan of these small diameter bands as I prefer the wide, flat bands that you can grab and/or tie easier, but they work.
