I’m not a large woman (neither height nor weight), so clearly my perspective is based on my physique. I think this blue resistance band is great! It provides a heck of a workout for me. The pictures of suggested uses of the band were helpful. I haven’t used the extra attachment for a doorknob that came with the band. Instead, I’m using the legs of my mini home trampoline–which work perfectly. The resistance band is proving to be a very simple, yet effective, exercise/muscle toning piece of equipment (if it can be called “equipment”). Really happy with my purchase!

The resistance band looks like it is well put together. I have just received it, so I haven’t used it yet, but it looks like it will work well with my workouts. I wish it had some instructions as to what to do with the door anchor that was included, but I will do some research and figure it out. Anyway, it took awhile to get the item, but that was not TRIBE’s fault. By the way, their customer service is outstanding. I communicated with them about the delivery of this item several times, and even though they had no control over when it would be delivered, they tried to help and got back to me very quickly when I asked them a question. I appreciated their willingness to help.

Needed a resistance band for Silver Sneakers
I was not sure of what resistance to start with as I do a lot of yoga and am mixing in some strength training. Got the 15 lb and it seems like it was a good place to start, although I feel I will go up to 20 lb in a short time. When I got the email from Tribe to register and clicked on print and found I was printing a manual, would have printed page one and then printed the rest to a PDF if I had realized that. Good quality product with lifetime warranty.

First time using a resistance band so this is all new to me. I had to watch a few videos on YouTube to learn how to use the band. It’s not a bad buy for the money. I’ve been using a lot. It expands really far. I haven’t figured out how to use the little black thing that came with it. I’m thinking it’s for the for door anchor. There was no user guide or product description insert in the package. That would have been great a tool to include in the package, making it easier for first users.

Tribe Resistance bands arrived as described and delivery was quick. Tribe has one of the best customer service teams ever with great communications. Tribe Fitness stands 100% behind their product. Tribe quickly resolved a minor issue with one of the bands. The black single resistance band is being used in my exercise class and is able to replicate my physical therapy exercises at home. I have already ordered an additional single resistance band to keep in my car trunk for exercise class and one for home use and travel. I also recommend Tribe’s 11 piece resistance band set which I use for additional flexibility in providing a total body workout. I have found the Tribe resistance band set is able to replicate most exercises in gyms using weights and expensive equipment. Itâs like having the ultimate home gym in a bag and is completely portable when traveling. I have tried other more expensive resistance bands that I felt were inferior to Tribeâs in quality and workmanship. I would highly recommend Tribe Resistance Bands.
