Great if you struggle with anxiety!
Love it! As much as I love me some caffeine unfortunately most pre-workouts and energy drinks give me really bad anxiety. I take two scoops of this in about 8 ounces of water and I donât mind the flavor. Itâs pretty good not the best but to be honest I care more about it not tasting bad and the results are what Iâm looking to judge.The energy is really good with no tingles and no heart palpitations. Itâs crazy how effective it is but at the same time it doesnât induce any anxiety for me so this is a game changer to my workout routine! I was able to lift a lot heavier and push myself these past couple of days of taking it. I also donât get any type of crash. 10/10!!!

Sensitive caffeine friendly
I rarely drink coffee, because it makes me sooo jittery and anxious. This stuff is the best preworkout Iâve found. Iâve tried others but always come back.- no jitters- no crash- alert and energized but not wired- tastes amazing- no stomach upset (Iâm sensitive)- huge margin of error (can take 1-6 scoops)

Im very happy with my purchase. I like the flavor and I definitely feel the energy without the crash. I also like to add it to smoothies and I stopped drinking coffee right after waking up! This is a great pre workout. It mixes easily. I lost 6 pounds on the first week. I start my day with hydration and a boost of energy.

Tastes good. It’s a powder that dissolved well when shaken in cold water which is how I use it. In 30 oz of water I only used 1 scoop because 2 was a little too sweet for me.

Tastes Great & Feels Great
Taste and overall functionality is 5/5! It tastes like candy and does not have a weird taste at all. It is recommended two scoops or 8-12 oz water but i have been doing 1 scoop for 8-12 oz of water and ice in the morning to ensure I have energy to get through my work day. I take 1 scoop with 4 oz of water 20 minutes before I workout and it gives me energy to do additional sets. My focus has improved slightly in that I donât get as distracted. I recommend!

I recently tried RSP NUTRITION AminoLean Pre Workout in Alix Earle Berry Alixir flavor, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This pre-workout is a true game-changer, earning a solid 5 out of 5 stars from me. I’ve always had issues with tachycardia when I have tried other pre-workout products, but no issues here.Price wise, this product is in the middle of comps.The sweet berry flavor is delicious, but do keep in mind that it’s a berry flavor, so make sure you’re a fan of this taste before ordering. Personally, I found it to be quite refreshing and enjoyable. But please have reasonable expectations – it is a pre-workout and not a smoothie or milkshake. Compare it relative to other pre-workouts.A major plus is that this product is vegan-friendly and contains added biotin, which is great for hair, skin, and nails. It’s always a bonus when a supplement supports overall health and beauty.

really low caffeine content compared to other pre workouts, which as an anxious person i enjoy. i really do feel it especially when i run, i have worked my way up to two servings before a workout and i will be there for up to 3 hours sometimes! no jitters, taste is great!and i seriously do think it helps with curbing your appetite!!!!

Tastes horrible recently
Used to love this brand and flavor for years but they changed the recipe and it tastes horrible now. Itâs super sweet and tastes like an overload of fake sugar. Still seems to give me energy with no crash or side effects, but thereâs other options out there that taste better with the same results. No longer interested in purchasing this.
