Great supplement
This product is really easy to mix. The regular flavor almost tastes like tea so it is easy to drink. I also love how it helps with regularity without horrible discomfort that other supplements can sometimes cause. I drink this everyday and really think that it has added different benefits into my overall well-being.

Tastes great! Different than psyllium-based fiber supplements because it doesnât âgel upâ which allows you more time to drink it. I do feel that my cravings for sweets/snacks have been reduced. I mix it with Bloom Greens & Super Foods and creatine in the morning. I do wish it was a bit more adorable, definitely donât get a lot for your money..

I have mixed in my coffee and yogurt, probably preferring in the yogurt most as in the coffee needed to be stirred continuously while drinking to sure some didn’t settle at the bottom. I did not notice a taste in either and mixed in well. It has helped me feel fuller for longer.

I gave Supergutâs GLP-1 Booster a try hoping to help curb cravings and support gut health. It mixed easily into my smoothies and didnât have a strong taste, which was a plus. After about two weeks, I did notice a bit less snacking between meals, and my digestion felt a little more regular.That said, I didnât experience any dramatic changes, and the effects were pretty mild. It also caused a bit of bloating at first, so I had to start with smaller doses and build up. I think it could be a helpful supplement if youâre already focused on eating better and want a little extra fiber supportâbut donât expect magic results.Overall, itâs a decent product, but not a game-changer for me.

I absolutely love this!! I’ve been using for only a week but can tell already it has helped move things along… Digestive track has been really great and feel less bloated!! Would highly recommend!! The taste is not as expected but overall not bad at all!! Good value for the money.. I don’t even think you need it daily but maybe weekly or every other day..great energy boost as well!!

It works, but it’s pricey
I’ve been using this GLP-1 booster powder supplement for about three weeks, and here are my thoughts:It works (for me, at least). I put a scoop of it in my morning coffee along with a collagen powder and fiber powder. I didn’t notice any results/difference in my appetite unit the end of the second week using it. I also started by taking half of a scoop each day for the first week since I didn’t know how it was going to affect my stomach. So far, I’ve had no stomach issues, but I don’t feel any of the digestion benefits yet.It doesn’t mix well with coffee, which it does say on the container itself. This would be great to mix into overnight oats or chia pudding. The majority of it sinks to the bottom of my mug, so I give it a little swirl before I drink it all down. It has an oatey flavor that I like, but it is a bit grainy feeling.Overall, I like it. A lot of my food noise has died down, and I do feel fuller longer. However, the price kills me. I got my canister when it was on sale for $20, but I’m not sure if I’m willing to pay full price for continuing with the supplement. The price is my only gripe for the amount of product you get.
