Finally a mandoline that works
I finally found a good mandoline slicer. I bought 2 other ones on Amazon which I returned because they didnât work right. This one is easy to use, saves me so much time, itâs easy to get the right thickness (it slices very thin and you can make it thicker) and makes match sticks too. It took me a minute to figure out how to choose the right settings but I was able too. And itâs easy to clean and foods for storage. I donât have to struggle to use it. I have cut cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, onions, peppers, potatoes (makes a good size French fry), zucchini, celery, broccoli (for broccoli slaw). Not good with tomatoes or any soft vegetable. The price was good too. It feels sturdy and made well. Itâs also safe to use. Iâm happy with it!

Amazing product!!!! Easy to adjust blades, easy to clean because it comes apart easily and safely. Blades are sharp. Container perfect size for catching smaller amounts of fruits or vegetables, I was also able to cut fruits like apples with their feelings on them did not try potatos though. Love the color of course it wouldn’t have mattered to me one way or the other what color it was I just needed one. Overall I’d definitely recommend it.

Thoughtfully made mandoline
I really like the functionality of this mandoline. The blade is sharp, and it cuts onions thinly like a champ. I haven’t tried potatoes or tomatoes yet. I also think the user experience is easier than a traditional mandoline that lies flat on the counter. I don’t have to work as hard with this one. I like the variety of settings and I love the anti-slip legs with suction. They keep the mandoline firmly in place. As someone who has nicked myself more than once on a previous mandoline, I appreciate the feeder feature that protects your fingers.The only drawback to this item is that it’s a little hard to clean. A brush is included to help you get into the crevices, but there are some nooks where it doesn’t fit. I used a toothpick to clean the area behind the blade. A spray wand also cleans it well. My advice is to clean it immediately. I waited until onion had a chance to dry, and that made it infinitely harder. So I will at least rinse it right away from now on.

It took me longer to peel and core 3 pounds of apples than it did to slice them with this mandoline. Easy and fast to set up and clean up. I used #4 to slice the apples into1/4 inch slices for apple crisp. Very pleased with the product.

This slicer is the best one I have had. It has a large opening for cutting potatoes. Effortless cutting with nice features for fries or slices. Very sharp, sturdy, stores easily and the tray is perfect for holding your cuttings.

Didn’t expect much, but i was wrong. Cuts fast and good, much better than with hands. And i can control thickness. If not for washing procedure, that may take a time, this would be my everyday use. Still always using it for potatoes and onions, cuts so fast that i start to cry only when i’m already finished.
