VERY GOOD TASTE!!!
I bought this product to help with my work out and I will try no other now. This product is very clean and tastes great! I have not tried the vanilla, but, the chocolate is very good tasting. I don’t get that whey after taste that I have gotten with many other whey products. It helps my workout recovery. I also use it as a meal replacement if I have overdone my food intake. I researched Pro Nutrtion Labs and am very impressed. I also have used their Natural Collagen for Her and see a big difference in my skin and hair. I like the fact that these products are made for women and their specific needs!!!!

What a great product! The ingredient list is simple (which is HUGE to me). There are no artificial sweeteners. Stevia is used instead. Normally Stevia leaves a weird aftertaste but I don’t find that with the chocolate. I have not tried the Vanilla but am interested in doing so. The powder mixes easily with water in a shaker bottle so your drink is smooth-no clumps. The BCAA’S are mixed right in there in good measurements so there’s no need for buying and drinking these separately. I have always taken my protein shake after my workout but find with this brand I am taking it 45 minutes before my workout. I have boosted energy and endurance and find my performance is better. (I take spin classes and do kettlebell and crossfit like classes). I really don’t have anything negative yo say except that I do wish it came in a larger container as I work out and take this product 6 times a week and a 1 pound container doesn’t quite cut it. I highly recommend this!!

Tastes good, but super bloated?
So i was surprised at how easy this was to drink. Im not a protein drinker and all have tasted so gross to me. I make it with my morning coffee and call it a mocha (i got the chocolate). this is day 4 of drinking it. I was also taking some green tea tablets in the morning and noticed I get extremely bloated. like my stomach is 3 times its normal size. its uncomfortable and hurts. I still exercise after drinking it and thinking that would relieve the bloat. I also thought maybe it was the green tea. But nope. Im not sure what I can do to avoid getting so bloated. Like i said I like the taste I use it as a meal replacement for breakfast but I don’t want to be miserable every single morning either. Id give it 3.5. 5 for taste 2 for the bloat and averaged.

Well-Balanced Protein Powder
I’m relatively new to protein powder. I’ve used this and one other type of protein powder so I don’t have a ton of experience.Cons:This container is much smaller than the previous powder I used at the same price, so it’s a little expensive and I would recommend keeping a couple on hand.There are 3 grams less protein, and 1.5 more grams of fat, 1 more gram of carbs, and 2 more grams of sugar than my previous powder. Not a huge deal, because they are still very low.Pros:This uses whey protein (which I’ve read is a better source of protein)Theres no foamy or chalky texture (I use a blender bottle)It tastes like a local chocolate milk brand my boyfriend’s parents buy (obviously I purchased the chocolate flavor- I haven’t tried the vanilla.)It combines whey protein isolate and concentrate. Isolate has more protein, while concentrate has more of the beneficial nutrients, to my understanding, so I would assume a combination of the two would be a good thing. I would be interested in knowing the percentages of each.In conclusion, I think it is a good product, but it is a little pricy for the amount provided. I decide to start using protein in order to facilitate weight loss, help build muscle tone after workouts, and improve mood. I haven’t been using the powder for very long, so I can’t speak to whether it has contributed to any results yet. I’ll try to expand upon my review in the future if I notice any improvements.The company did contact me after my purchase and offer a free additional product in exchange for my honest review, positive or negative.

I had been looking for the perfect protein powder that is directed to women, and their physical needs. This product is amazing,Other protein powders, taste awful and plain and when you try to mix the powder in the Blender bottle it clumps up around the spring and you get chunks of powder in each swig. I DIDNT have this issue with Her Natural Whey!! This product is perfectly sweetened with Stevia and It tastes amazing! You can also add it with vanilla almond milk, and its amazing, you cant even taste the usual “Protein taste” you get with other brands. It just tastes like a delicious chocolate shake. I tried to mix it with 2% milk, but i personally didnt enjoy that taste, it seem to “waterdown” the chocolate taste.I recommend this product to any woman who is trying to get a kickstart on a healthy diet, and want to actually look forward to drinking a protein shake.

This protein powder deserves 10 stars. As a nursing mother it is hard to find supplements that I feel “safe” using, including protein powders. I stumbled across this and the ingredient list looked promising so I made a test order fully expecting to be disappointed. I am happy to report I am now completely hooked on this brand!!I use it immediately after workouts to help build lean muscle, and as a meal replacement during busy days. The taste is amazing and it keeps hunger cravings in check.Pros:-over 70% protein per scoop (this means less fillers)-natural sweetners, not artificial ones-chocolate delight is delish! (Haven’t tried vanilla)- no funny aftertaste that most protein powders have-blends silky smooth even without a blender ball!Cons:-only comes in 1lb tubsI only wish it was sold in larger quantities!!
