Im a 54 yr old male who has mountain biked since the early 90s.A few years ago I noticed a significant degression in my workouts.It was no longer fun and it turned into a gruelling task.I really did think my best days were well behind me until I was told by a buddy to try some nitric oxide.After ordering and then finally arriving i took a capsule 30 mins before road biking.The differancewas most notable after my first climb. My energy level seemed to skyrocket, and I found strength that i didnt know I had.Most importantly i didnt feel like I was drugged up on energy boosters. It felt completley natural, and made enough of a differance for me to study up and come to the realization that i was severely deficient in my oxygen level.It basically feels like that i was running on low oil in my engine for years fighting against my own body.It feels like i went back 10-15 yrs.Everyone is differant as far as what they lack in their own bodies so im sure results for others may vary.For me though it has a been a HUGE differance maker.Everything is running better in me, such as alertness, and waking up in the morning.Fatigue has taken a back seat.Ive also had none of the side effects either.For the price, give it a shot to see if you lack the oxygen level you need to function normaly.One last thing, Doms seems to be a thing of the past for me also.
