AMAZING ★★★★★ Cinnamon-cereal nostalgia with serious macro muscle
★★★★★ Cinnamon-cereal nostalgia with serious macro muscleIf you grew up crunching a certain cinnamon-sugar breakfast cereal (you know the one) and now track every gram of protein and carb, Quest’s Cinnamon Crunch Protein Powder is the glow-up you’ve been waiting for.Why it’s an easy five starsWhat I love Real-world payoff20 g complete protein, only 2 g net carbs, < 1 g sugar per scoopAmazonKeeps my post-workout shake in keto territory without a blood-sugar spike.60 % rapid-absorbing whey isolate + 40 % slow-release micellar casein for balanced recoveryAmazonI stay satiated for hours and don’t crash between meals.Spot-on flavor—warm cinnamon, hint of toast, no artificial aftertaste I blitz it with almond milk and ice for a “protein horchata,” or stir it into overnight oats for a guilt-free dessert.Silky mixability No chalky clumps—just a quick shaker bottle whirl and it’s latte-smooth.Gluten-free, low-carb, soy-free formula Safe for my celiac roommate and fits multiple diet plans.Value canister (~24 scoops)AmazonOne tub powers nearly a month of daily shakes; Subscribe & Save knocks the price even lower.Pro tipsFor a frothy cinnamon-roll frappé, add a dash of sugar-free vanilla syrup and blend with crushed ice.Bake it—one scoop swaps flawlessly into protein muffin or pancake batter for a spicy breakfast boost.Try half-scoop coffee “creamer” for a 10 g protein latte that tastes like café de olla.Bottom line: Quest nailed the dessert-for-breakfast vibe without the sugar bomb. If you want macros that work as hard as you do—and a flavor you’ll actually crave—click “Add to Cart.” Your shaker bottle (and sweet tooth) will thank you.

    Excellent Product
One of the best cinnamon flavored protein powders I have found. It’s also very affordable compared to many other protein powder brands. A scoop of this in oatmeal or cream of wheat really takes them to the next level.

Great taste, but not the healthiest ingredients
The taste of this stuff is amazing. I make chaffles for breakfast and this powder really makes them a treat. It actually tastes kinda maple-y if you ask me and it is so perfect for a sweet breakfast chaffle. My top two picks are this powder and everything bagel seasoning (tied, because sometimes you want sweet and sometimes you want savory). The only things I don’t like about it is that it:1) contains Carageenan, which is very inflammatory2) contains Stevia, which has the tendency to mess with my hormone balance3) contains some other ingredients that seem suspect like corn fiber and sucralose (I’m a bit picky about ingredients so when I see corn and splenda, I’m instantly turned off).If they removed those ingredients, I would use it way more often. As it is, I use it only occasionally when I am craving a sweet breakfast treat and I am mindful not to overuse it. I use in smaller quantities so it hasn’t bothered me to date thankfully that I can tell, but I could never use it daily or in larger quantities due to the Stevia in particular. I bought this knowing the ingredients from looking at the listing, so I knew what I was getting myself into and I practice moderation with it, but the manufacturer could make a healthier product easily by focusing on ingredient improvement (perhaps psyllium husk powder and monkfruit in the place of corn fiber and sucralose?).

Delicious & soft powder – no chalkiness
Delicious. Taste just like the milk from Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal! I often take this for breakfast on the go. Even better with one cup of whole milk along with water & ice, but any milk will do. I’ve shaken it with almond milk, coconut and oat. It’s a fine powder and blends well.

    Mixed feelings
First couple shakes, the flavor was amazing and I loved the little chunks of cin toast crunches. It had a tendency to clump and also is a pain to clean compared to most protein powders, but it is all manageable. Then one day I caught a whiff of the smell, and it is the most god awful smell. I still have no idea how it took 4-5 shakes before I first caught wind of it. One of those smells that gets stuck in your nostrils and lives there forever. IDK if it was just mine or what, but it smells like a protein fart that was brewed for a few weeks coming straight from a swass. Other then that, it was a solid protein though.. lol. I cant finish it but I got it on a huge sale, so I dont really regret it. Also it is fun to give to my workout buddies who are too cheap to buy their own protein.

    Back to ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
EDIT: Back to 5 stars. It’s always been 5 stars until I removed one awhile back after what I thought was a formula change. I’m wondering if I just received a bad batch because I’ve bought this over and over since then, and it’s still my favorite. RECIPE IDEA: I like to mix this with 40 ml of water (I think maybe 1-2 tablespoons), so it’s like a thick paste or syrup — then stir it into my oatmeal with baked apples. Whatever you do with it, it’s amazing as long as you like very sweet flavors. ORIGINAL REVIEW:I’ve been buying this protein powder for many years — all flavors. Cinnamon Crunch has been my absolute favorite of any powder I’ve ever had. I reviewed it previously and gave it 5 stars, but I’m removing a star. I got my most recent order a few days ago and noticed a change in the texture and taste. I compared the ingredients listed on the old container with the new container, and they are slightly different. I’m disappointed because I liked it better before. It’s still good and I’ll order it again.

    Cinnamon Crunch Cereal
I got the cinnamon cereal flavor and it truly 100% tastes like drinking the milk right after a bowl of cinnamon crunch. I didn’t expect it to have tiny cereal bits in it. They are nice but for people with texture issues please be aware.i like the added crunch they give and it kind of sells the whole thing being cereal milk but I could see someone being surprised and not liking it.The protein powder is a whey casein blend which I prefer. It’s smooth with no grit and the flavor in amazing. Very creamy and sweet. Will absolutely repurchase when I run out.

It is very sweet, but I also love that when on a cut and stick to whole foods a lot. It is nice to add this into anything I eat as a snack that feels a bit like cheating. In my oatmeal, this and cashew milk.In my shakes, this and fruits, greek yogurt, so on.In my pancakes, this.I am currently eating a bowl of ice cream with this sprinkled in and swirled up until its half melted. It even has a little crunch to my ice cream that actually tastes good. Not the BEST macros. But if you are eating mostly healthy, 20g of protein in pretty much any cinnamon friendly dish is solid.I really like this powder.

Maybe it’s because it’s for the American market but this was so sweet it was unpalatable – and believe me I do have a sweet tooth 😁

QUEST protein powder is a great option for a high-protein, low-carb supplement. It mixes well with water or milk and has a smooth texture. The flavors are tasty without being too sweet, and it works well for shakes, baking, or smoothies. Plus, it’s easy to digest and keeps me full for a long time. A solid choice for anyone looking to boost their protein intake!
