Great taste
Love this Creatine powder. It tastes great, mixes easily, and completely dissolves in water (no sandy/gritty texture like lots of other creatine powders). We’ve tried the raspberry and pineapple flavors, the raspberry is tart, but they’re both really good.

Still hoping this is the miracle I’ve been searching for…
Tastes good mixed in a 16 oz. bottle of water. Otherwise, it can be a bit tart and overly sweet. Beyond that, I am hopeful that this will help improve muscle strength as I have lost most of it due to inactivity. Walking is brutally painful, and so I have been desperate to find something to ease the discomfort other than another pill. This seems to help; it does last for about a day, but then it wears off. You need to take this on a regular basis, but I am not sure that even at the dosage recommended that it really is enough to consistently stave off the pain. I am still looking at other options…

Overwhelming citric acid taste and mouth feel.
The supplemental itself may be great? It dissolves in water better than any form of creatine I have ever used. The slight pineapple taste would be a benefit over non flavored however, the overwhelming taste and feel of citric acid aftertaste is overwhelming. Leaves a terrible taste and dirty feeling in your mouth and on your teeth. What I can only explain as the citric acid aftertaste taste is the no go for me, I simply canât tolerate the taste. Too bad it cannot be returned.

Hands down, the best creatine I have ever used! Iâve tried many different brands of creatine and Con-cret does as advertised. Muscle growth is evident, recovery is fast and no bloating. I am able to get through my workouts with minimal fatigue! I just received my second order of Con-cret! If the company wants to send me another order for free I would definitely use it!!
